1. Acceptance
By using InBrief ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Keep credentials secure and notify us immediately of suspicious activity.
3. Acceptable Use
Use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful. We may remove violating content and suspend accounts.
4. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Service. You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a limited license to operate the Service.
5. Fees and Payment
If the Service includes paid features, payment terms will be presented at purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify InBrief from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or for business reasons. Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where InBrief operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
