Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with InBrief within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in the billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of service outages, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances, we may offer prorated refunds or credits at our discretion. Contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
  • Add-on services or features purchased separately
  • Services already fully rendered or consumed
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
